Delivery times given are approximate, and all items are sent via Despatch Bay, who use various carriers.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Items advertised are carried in stock for immediate dispatch, we aim to send items within 7-10 working days of receiving your order, unless your order contains a Bespoke item, and this may take longer.
Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..
Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland does cost more and is £9.95 - At checkout you are able to choose either Highlands or Northern Ireland and this will calculate your postage for you - if you forgot to do this - we will email you and invoice you manually for the extra postage. Your parcel will be sent with Yodel.
Selected European Countries - We are able to ship to France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Denmark - the weight restriction is 28kgs - and size restrictions apply - the parcel must not exceed the following dimensions 65 +50 +50+50+50 -if your order goes over the weight/size limit - a second parcel will be required and charged at the allocated rate. We reserve the right to cancel any order, that falls outside of these dimensions, and you will be contacted via email. Certain items are just far too big to be sent out of the UK, and we apologise now for this.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.
Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.
We want you to be happy with your purchases from West Barn Interiors.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty.
Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
Should you need to enquire about the location of your parcel at any time - please ring the following number 0871 210 0122 - where you will be connected to our courier service.
If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
We will also require you to supply us with photographs of the damage within 48 hours in order for us to claim from our couriers.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards and Paypal - we have the facility to take your order over the telephone if you prefer to speak to us.
We have done our best to describe our items correctly at the time of the items being listed on our website. All sizes are approximate.
- West Barn Interiors Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any item from the website.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers.
- Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in one transaction up to the value of the goods.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged.
- Gift Vouchers will be dated from the Purchase date and will expire after 6 months from that date.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
If your not happy with the items bought using your Gift Voucher, you will be refunded with a new voucher, dated from the date of the returned goods.
